Linn Forward Advisory is a private label technical advisory firm operated by Dimitrios Vouris, based in Larissa, Greece. For the purposes of data protection law, Linn Forward Advisory is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Your data is used only by Linn Forward Advisory for the purposes described above. Specifically:
Your email address is used to deliver the requested report and any subsequent communications you have not opted out of.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We use Kit.com, a US-based email marketing platform operated by Kit Inc. ("Kit"), to store subscriber data and send emails. Your data is transferred to and stored on Kit's servers in the United States.

No other third parties have access to your personal data.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain a subscriber to Linn Forward Advisory communications. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us directly at advisory@linnforward.com.
8. Unsubscribing
Every marketing email sent by Linn Forward Advisory includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will remove you from all future communications immediately. You may also unsubscribe by emailing advisory@linnforward.com.
